Saturday 31st July 2021: Photographicalisations, and maybe the odd ode, that might be told?

♥ Hello, hello: The Mysterious Glove? Heather, Keith or Clint? ♥

SATURDAY 31st JULY 2021

05:15hrs: I required the regulation wee-wee when I woke up. I meandered over and got to grips with the NWWB (Nocturnal-Wee-Wee Bucket), without any (Pre-Micturitional) or CM (Cessational Micturitional) dribbling. Indeed, there was hardly any urine passed at all? The bladder, although giving all the signs of needing evacuating, refused to flow. The odd bit of painfully forced splatterings was all I could manage. Not a good start!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Vague-Minded Again

I think I had plans to get the ablutions done, but somehow, I ended up washing the Pakistani made Green Cedar Wood Hollow-out Round Neck Acrylic shirt in the kitchen sink? I Dopped the shirt wringing it out - mess to clean.

Then, getting the potatoes into the crockpot on a low setting for later on. And made a brew of Glengettie tea. The brain was wanting to click into gear. Thoughts Storms were ignored?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Waste Bags Sorted

I started on this task, and I had nearly filled the box when the brain decided it would be a good idea to have a wash, so I did.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Legs & Feet - Were they Mine?

To me, they looked better than they have done in years! Along with the currently excellent Health Check results... I'm confused!

He rang the intercom (So nice that it's working again). I pressed him in, and he put the carrier inside the door for me. I offered a treat, and it was duly chosen (Vodka & Lime). Oh, and I returned a substituted item. I'm getting better?
The last ones I made were a little too hot. Tsk! I hope it comes out alright this time.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Out of the wet room - back in again!

I'd only hobble a few feet, and the bowels told me to rush back for an urgent need of the Porcelain Throne was needed.

Well, the evacuation was not going to happen soon. Rock-solid, it refused to come out, and damned painful trying to force things along! No crossword book to use, Tsk! I tried to count the cracks on the ceiling and walls... Haha!

It seemed like hours later, the pain increased, and the gigantic torpedo began to nudge its way out, bit by hurtful bit. Eventually, the relief of the final push came. (Phew!)

However, after the monstrosity was freed, there was no bleeding from Harold's Haemorrhoids or Little Inchies fungal lesion. (Smug-Mode)

Shot Through Balcony

Looking a little bleak this morning.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Carer Craig Arrived

Soon got me sorted out with the medications, and I showed him the progress made on the new car park from the balcony. Off he shot, I insisted he take a treat on the way out.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Tea - Blogging and Wee-weeing

The wee-weeing remained the same all day. I'm getting worried about tonight when I try to sleep. Hopefully, these short pathetic, trickling, but painful efforts will stop soon? They didn't!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

The Iceland Man Cometh!

Carriers took to the kitchenette.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Got the fridge and freezer loaded first. Realising that I'd bought two packs of Strawberries, one for Jenny, one for Deana & Julie; another Whoopsiedangleplop - it's Saturday, no wardens on duty, is there? I am a clot!

Still, I can give them both to Jenny, and this lady will sort them into a good home. ♥

The fridge was not as full as usual, so I must be getting something right for once?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Health Checks Sorted

And Amazing Results Again!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Herbert Clanging and Banging Again

I'd love to know what it is he's making. But, with him being so ascetic, eremitic, and aloof, it's difficult to talk with him with his sniffy, better-than-you attitude. But I like him!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Got More Bags Done up

Filled the box to overfull and got ready to take it to the waste-chute room.

Added the bag for Jenny on the handlebars, and I set off to the lift lobby...

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Triple Accifauxpas

Opened the cast iron drawer, dropped the first bag on the floor. Bent to retrieve it and caught my elbow in the edge of the metal.

I was doing nicely until one of the slightly too big bags was noticed. I'd taken, as usual, some smaller yellow bags to split the waste from the bigger pack with (Cunning?) Dropsied the yellow bag as I tore it off of the roll, down the get it, and the right shoulder hit the metal!

Third Accifauxpa: I'd finished the bag's depositing and came out of the confined space backwards with the trolley. Stubbed my toe against the trolley guide wheel! Argh! Seemed a suitable expletive that I used, or similar.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

To the lift to Jenny's

Cropped... no, dropped the bag near Jenny's door, rang the bell and back up flat number 72.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Back on the Computer

Oh, how maddening and sad at the same time! Liberty-Global Virgin Media went down, as it has done on several occasions for the last seven days, but this time it was for an extended period.

I understand that Mafia-Looking-Man Fries has since had his money put back up? I believe he is playing with figures to impress the owner, and a damned good job of scamming him, he is doing too! Why he should be worth $123.2 million a year; when the turd-face, profit-mad, manipulator of money can't even supply the internet service with any reliability is beyond me.

But I'm only a customer of Liberty-Global, thus the last person to be considered. Sorry!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Pickled Cucumbering!

I had a bash at making some pickled cucumbers and put the jar into the fridge to marinate to have with tonight's meal.

Thus, another Accifaupas!

On The Your Area Site

Looking for anything of interest

Not a lot. But the weather forecast one could explain the rather dim photo I took...

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Nosh Served

Very nice. 8/10 Flavour!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Half-Hour Kip

I think some banging woke me up, not that it mattered. I needed a weak unwilling wee-wee anyway. Then...

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Handwashing

I got the Afghanistani made, grey long-sleeved t-shirt washed, refreshed, wrung and hung.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Carer Arrived

Soon got me sorted again; it was Victoria.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Porcelain Throne Mark Two!

Another Struggle to moe things. Tsk!

Ode To The Day

Oddly, today I didn't have many a brew,
The wee-wees were painful, it's true,
Much sorting and cleaning to do,
But not a lot was got through,
Many Accifauxpas I did accrue,
Head, elbow, and fingers too!
Stubbed my toe, another boo-boo,
Porcelain Throne, although nothing new,
Rock-Solid pooh, but what can you do?
At times I thought I'd lost my khu,
Walked into the door, left my shoulder blue,
But all of the day I did not rue,
At times I felt bright and thew!
Such as when Valerie came into view!
I won't charge too much for an interview,
With a psychiatrist, will ten-bob do?
I suppose this scribbled ode confuses you?
It seems like me to be all raddled and askew.
I need someone to cuddle & cling to!

Enough of this waffle

Evening All!

FRIDAY 30th JULY 2021

05:00hrs: After four solid hours of waking and falling asleep again, the need of a wee-wee forced me into physical action.

I utilised the nocturnal emergency bucket and painfully trickled a few squirts of amber coloured wee-wee.

Thus, an eerie, rare, industrious mood came over me; there was no stopping then... First, I got the Health Checks tended to - and with some great results, yet again!

Bodaciously Good Returns

Just out of the red and into the amber. Yet another brilliant set of figures! Well, the urine results might be a bit dodgy, I suppose.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Whoopsiedangleplop Discovered!

I found some photos from yesterday that I had managed to miss off of the blog. These things can happen to anyone... but usually me. Hehe!

Here they are with what I can remember of each.

The evening view from the balcony, I think.

Definitely from the balcony this one. The progress of the end car park, impressive!.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Ablutions Next

Well, for a stand-up session without a shower, it went pretty well. A few of the normal dropsies.

Also, a few minor nicks shaving.

The teeth cleaning was smoothly done; without Nicodemus's Neurotransmitters interfering.

The hands, feet and legs were looking extremely cadaveric and pale?

The medicalisationing was not so good!

Little Inchies fungal lesion medicationing was the usual agony! But it calmed down later.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Kettle On... Handwashing Done

Made a belated mug of Thompsons Punjana. The dank morning turned to a bit of rain, and I decided to get the shirt washed.

I gave the Pakistani made green Cedar Wood Hollow-out Round Neck Acrylic Sweater. Sounds posh, dunnit? Hahaha!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Finally, I Made Another Brew

Made sure I drank this Glengettie cuppa as I started the Computer going.

No idea how long the computer hard drive has left before it fails. Grunglestomps!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Morning Carer Valerie

My mod brightened as soon as I heard her voice behind me as she came in ♥.

Got the medications sorted professionally, then we had a little natter. Valerie gave me help on the CBD and offered me even more assistance and help on the shower curtain rail problem. Bless Her! ♥

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

CorelDrawing for Graphics

Took me hours, but I got three done, one with Lisa and Billum to use. Herbert was keeping me company now and then.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Social Services Rang

Neelah rang from the Social Services. I got in stuttering nervousness as she told me that the cost would be £335 for the flat decoking and clearance fee. I made a mess of trying to explain things, and Neelah was, I think, disappointed with me.., will, I thought so anyway, in not making a decision. I said a friend had spoken with me, and I felt I needed to listen before making my decision. Neelah convinced me it would be a good idea to take the job on, as it would be all over in one go! Which has its benefits! I said I still need to talk to Valerie. The head was in a muddle... Neelah is ringing me back on Tuesday, I think. Messy, with my indecsioning!  I suppose the thought of it all being over quickly in one go... but I don't know. They will take the chair away, so I'll have room for a table.

Duodenal Donald has started to kick off.

Checked the Car Park Progress

The first photograph was taken early morning.

The second a few hours later.

The third one is below, at 14:00hrs.

Tarmacademing in full swing. The rains stopped too. Thank you to Nottingham City Homes!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Got some nosh prepped

Took a snap of the progress on the car park surfacing in Chestnut Walk.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Head Down for a Kip

Woken up by the door chime.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

It Was Carer Valerie ♥

Soon got the medications sorted, questions answered, and we had a short but encouraging gossip. Valerie offered to help with the shower curtains at the weekend. Bless Her! ♥

Last Photo of the Car Park

Almost finished now, just a little corner bit to finish off (I think). All the lads had gone now.

Thursday 29th July 2021

05:30hrs: The mind woke along with the body, but the memory didn't want to know today. Lots of Memory blanks, finding a few photos that I can't recall taking helped a bit.

I think; I wee-weed - took a stand up wash and shave, cleaned the teeth, put a sort and trousers on, and expired the wet room, with a tiny bruise on the head; found this photo.

(You'll have to look closely to find it!)

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  -

Did The Health Checks

Made the above graphic and found last nights photograph of the meal.

The Memory Returns a Smidge

Took some photos of the car park progress

Started This Template

Later, the door chimes sounded. I investigated!

How lovely and caring! There on the floor, was some tomatoes, red and yellow for me! ♥ I assumed it was from Jenny, bless her. I must ring and thank her for this delicious looking donation.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Things got very hectic around 08:30hrs, so there will only be a few short notes of some events.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

The landline burst forth and flashed

Someone was coming later, a 'John', to 'Price-up' the De-Cluttering costs for me. Oh, dear! Thanked her and took the waste bags to the chute. It was Neelah from the Social Services.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

♥I rang Jenny to thank her kindly♥

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Perused the YourArea Newsletter

Came across a mystery photo while doing this

Looks like my hand, I think... hope! Haha!

Back to the searching if anything of mentionability was in the magazine.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Local News

No, That's 222 New Cases a Day!

The positive news you've just read about Nottingham may likely encourage you to visit. I can send you some leaflets if you like? Hehe!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Waiting now for 'John' to arrive

I'll have a bash at doing an Ode, methinks.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

An Ode To Hopes

My hopes are scattered within my brain,

They can be inaccessible; that's a bit of a bane,

But, I keep trying, again and again,

Perhaps, if I tried some cocaine?

They took me off of the novocaine,

Although it rid me of Brenda, my back pain?

It didn't stop me weeing and leaving a stain?

Would weed ease my mental strain?

Would MDMA make me less lexiphane?

Could Hashish, my ulcer-stabbing constrain?

Why am I waffling on about pain?

Mental stuff, someone said try sugarcane...

In no time, two stones I did gain!

I tried to lose it, but it was all in vain,

From sugar and salt, I did abstain!

I tried CBD; it was Himalayan,

I eat bread still, but only the whole grain,

What I was doing wrong was uncertain,

Perhaps, I face the final curtain?

Fair enough, I know I'm a peabrain,

And I am a commoner, a plebian,

Definitely concentration, I can't maintain,

It's my wondering scatterbrain,

Memories, logicality, are hard to retain,

It's best from hoping; I just refrain!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Getting LAte Now - for me!

Hope that the 'John' from the social services doesn't arrive too late. I fear the costing figure he'll come up with - but it's got to be done, no matter! There'll be no chance of my taking anything in. if he arrives late in the day. I have a job sometimes remembering what the evening carers visit involved or what took place. Oh, dearie me!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Social Services Provider John Arrived

02:50hrs approx. John took command and had a look around. He decided what needed doing and will send the costings to Social Services, and they will get in touch.

This is going to cost me!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Got the nosh Sorted

What a feast!

Potatoes cooked with Worcester Sauce and chilli seasonings, two mini pork and pickle pies, Home Grown tomatoes red and yellow (Supplied by Jenny, thanks to my Angel!), garden peas and desserts. Best for a while!
