Spanish: MiĆ©rcoles 19 de Mayo de 2021

03:00hrs I woke, worried and stirred awake,
The Vaccinationing went better, no mistake,
Apart from a little annoying earache...
No pains, stinging, not even a shake!
Mind you, dozens of wee-wees today, I had to take!
I think I took two Furosemides, the wee looks opaque?
I'd better watch my fluid intake,
The Thought-Storms didn't give me a break,
The wind I was passing was like a microearthquake,
Care and attention I'll have to partake...
To signs of Porcelain Throne needs, for heaven's sake,
No signs yet of any tummyache... Hello, toothache!
Will today from hassles, give me a break?

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I just had to take this picture to show you!

THE FACE IN THE HEEL OF MY RIGHT FOOT!

I drew in the eyes and lip on CorelDraw in case you could not see the face in the heel. Surely, one for the Tate Gallery? Hehehe!

So, on with the health checks...

Grrreat! All in the green again!

WHOOPSIEDANGLEPLOP

I got ready to go to Sherwood to get some spuds, sausages etc. Keys, card, camera collected. Made sure I was dressed properly for the nippy cold Sun that was shining, but not fooling me! Hehe! Called in to see Deana and Julie. A chinwag at the bus stop. I was feeling good, all content like.

Got to Sherwood and visited three stores, but not with much success. To the Ozan shop, I got three of the six things I wanted. Then up to the Co-op. Huh! No garden peas, no cream cakes, and no decent potatoes!

I got some cakes from the Birds store. I like to try and get a couple of cakes each Monday or Tuesday for the ILC's Deana and Jackie, as a thank you.

Wilko had no bleach, but I did get some Zoflora lemon concentrated disinfectants, two large bottles.

I'd taken many photographs en route, and at the bus stop, I took the last one in Sherwood - Oh, dearie me! I'd done it again... I'd left the SD card on the computer back at the flat! Grrr!

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Somewhat miffed with myself, I dropped the cakes off, back to the flat, and got ready to go out again, to town this time. Hoping for a better shopping experience this time! I made sure, belatedly, I know... that the camera had the card in it; and was determined to get some photographicalisationing done in the City Centre! Humph!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I got outside to the bus stop, taking these photos en route. The first one shows Winwood and Woodthorpe Courts, the right one of Winchester Court, and the bottom one, the view from the bus stop. I was pleased with these and that the shaking hand and arm allowed me to too!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

A decent natter again, oh, I do love meandering gossip! Got the bus and was soon in the City Centre. Although the first port of call at the Poundland Shop was a waste of time and frustrating. I'll explain... I bought some items; they had no cooked ham, drain unblockers, Jacob's mini-cheese biscuits, or Fresh air sprays... the serve you till had broken, so there were only the self-serve ones to use... I joined the queue.

The red light and recorded voice started. I waited for assistance as instructed, but the girl doing the helping was overloaded with jobs from other tills, and after ten minutes or so, I just left the shop. Purchaseless!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I set off with the camera to hand, and I walked to the Poundland Shop on Fletcher Gate, taking these snaps en route...

Leaving the Upper Parliament Street Shop

South Parade, the sky looking threatening

South Parade - This lorry frit me! Hehe!

South Parade still, Cyclist galore!

Pavement food cyclist, using his mobile, nearly ran into the tree!

Long Row, short skirt weather?

Slab Square

Nottinghamians at work

Fletcher Gate, eScotter, bike near pedestrian crossing... Humph!

I got into the shop and came out with rather a lot of buys! They had some things in that the other store didn't, so I grabbed some. Drain unblocked, Dettol, Bread rolls, pork pie, mini cheddars, French fries and Quavers. The trolley was well overloaded, making the journey home dodgy, challenging, and tiring. (Poor old thing, Haha!)

I had to be careful getting home!

Not a single person in the Square who was not on their phones, drinking, or eating.

At the bus stop on Queen Street.
The journey home was fraught with dangers. A p[oor chap was talking to me, and I could not understand what he was saying, but his nature was at times threatening, kept mentioning having Tourettes, poor lad. That and the strain on trying to hold onto the trolley and bags as they swayed about. And having to move to let a lady and her baby get in with her trolley and toddler took it out of me for some reason. A lovely little gal, well cared for by Mum.

Chrissie from the flats got on, and we managed a conversation of sorts. Sign language and masks pulled down for lip-reading. We both hobbled, with Chrissie stopping to let me catch up a couple of times, and ended up in the lift, offering farewells as I got off on the twelfth floor, and Chrissie went up one to her flat on the thirteenth.

Back in the flat...

The DVT Warfarin results and dosages for the week had been delivered. The same as last week, yet the level was still at five? Ah, well!

Got in and put the purchases away.

I got the foods from the crock-pot into the saucepan and started it warming up. Then a mug of tea seemed a good idea to me...

ACCIFAUXPAS!

Hell, and Grobbledonks!

Nicodemus's neurotransmitters let me down as I was getting the Jenny donated to me, Bless Her, China mug from the hook... I was dumbfounded and instantly depressed! This was, without a doubt, the best-tasting tea vessel I have ever had... Well, that the end of my enjoying a brew. I could have cried; in fact, I think I did!

I got the strained Chilli soup, tons of leeks, potatoes and gravy added to the mix in the dish. 8.5/10 rating!

Got up to wash the dishes...

Whoopsidangleplop

Stubbed my Toe! Argh!

But it ended with another smile. As I got down into the c1968 recliner, I visualised a face again in the tight foot's heel. In the morning, I touched it up to have another laugh at... Hahaha!

A busy day... with plenty of cock-ups, errors, Accifauxpas, memory blanks, and Whoopsiedangleplops!

Not felt as happy as this, since 2011

Yet, I think I enjoyed it?

Apart from breaking the China Mug! Sob!

Tuesday 18th May 2021: Inchies Graphicalisations, Photographicalisations, Ode... And 2nd AstraZeneca jab!

 Jolly Good Morning to you!

TFZer Catwalk Model, Keith - Hits the Big Time! Hehehe!

Tuesday 18th May 2021

Welsh: Dydd Mawrth 18fed Mai 2021

Amazing!

Off to the Porcelain Throne, a grim affair,

Painful, Gooey, messy, it wasn't fair,

I spent so much time cleaning up in there!

I left, leaving a pungent odour in the air,

Stubbing my toe on the shower chair!

Off to the kitchen, and I did despair...

--------------

The Porcelain Throne called again, Oh, the ignominity!

For few seconds only, there was the inactivity,

Followed by sudden, cruel, crippling hyperactivity...

Rock hard house-brick, and blood spewed from the cavity,

No wonder I'm feeling so niggly and grumpity,

I'm full of bad luck, medications and febrility,

My hacking-it moxie does not have illimitability!

--------------

Not bad news at all, on the Health Check front - Oh, Yes!

Note that all the results are in green? Yee-Haa! The bowel's department may have been cruel this morning, but that was soon forgotten (Probably through a mixture of stupidity and my Vascular Dementia?), and a light sneaked through with these figures!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Aha, the legs are betterer too!

Note the Colin Cramps ridden toes at the time of taking this photograph? Well, he soon packed in, giving me bother. Which was a pleasant surprise!

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Handwashing was done - No Whoopsies!

- - - - - - - - - -

Morning View - Bootiful!

- - - - - - -

INR Vampire Nurse Attended my needs!

The nurse arrived, and we had a chinwag as the gal sorted me out and took the INR Warfarin blood test in a few minutes! - - - - - - - ---

Landline Call arrived

From the Nottingham Health Care. Informing me that Matron Julie would be coming today, with the second AstraZeneca nurses vaccination. Scary news for me, after the side effects I suffered from the first one. I'm hoping they will not be too late, but it can't be helped if they are. I'd expected to get to Sherwood to get some Polish cooked pork, but it doesn't matter if not. She arrived very late, well beyond my head downtime...

But, as she let herself in, my EQ told me that the injection would have far fewer side effects this time. He was clearly understood and optimistic about this! I was dubious, but it led to a bit of hope with his record of being right so often.

Matron Julie was her usual efficient self and soon sorted out the vaccinationing. Then she checked on and questioned me about the medications and asked many questions. Bless her! I thanked her, and off she shot on her errands of mercy. ♥

There was no pain from the arm, but I still anticipated the 23hour sleep may come again this time. So, I got the fodder sorted out without delay.

Chicken sausages and reduced-sugar baked beans; I ordered them as part of my Flobby-Belly reduction diet... Sorry, I lied there; Shame-mode-adopted! I'd ordered them by mistake. Tsk! The last of the potatoes, and some Piccolo tomatoes. Milk roll bread and a lemon mousse... followed, believe it or not, by two, I say two, Strawberry ice-cream cones, then a milk iced lolly! I blame AstraZeneca! Hehe! The meal got a 9.25/10 rating.

Getting to sleep afterwards was a hit and miss affair. I kept nodding off and waking a few minutes later, feeling so hungry? Eventually, after four or five awakenings, I got to sleep and stayed that way (well, I thought I had) for five hours!

I woke, later on, needing a wee-wee, which went OK - but the signs in the wastebasket indicated I'd been nocturnally nibbling again! An empty Cadbury Chocolate lolly wrapper, a Nougat Iced lolly wrapper, and two empty Cheese Curl bags...

Guilt Mode Adopted!

TFZer Mermaid Gal Underwater?

Morning Ode

 Good Morning,

Today is dawning,

Just as a warning,

My bladder is ballooning,

The same as yestermorning,

The feet swelling...

and vermilioning,

I anticipate painful urining,

Still, no use my wingeing,

This day is not for ruining,

I could try some singing?

But, I think I need reconditioning!

Health Check Results

Whopping Whoopsiedangleplop Sequence...

Shaking Shaun caused me to knock over the tea: Wet trews, feet, and dropped the just-made cup of Glengettie,

The notepad got all wet and mashed; it looked similar to a mashed-up soggy cannelloni,

Mess cleaned up, the scolded ankle was not petty,

Washed the trews - with all my cash still in the pockets, I swore and felt vinosity!

I could have cried, but there was no time, a pity.

For I then dropped the trews on the floor, made me feel shitty,

I did more cleaning up, I'm not one to attritee,

But, I'd better end this pathetic, sad, ditty!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Observationalisationing: After doing the ablutions, I went out on the balcony to see the welcome rain falling. A car parked across the footpath! Well, how dismaying. It might have been stolen, or the driver drunk or drugged?

Yet on a closer look, it appears to be a ghost car? All a part of the mysteries of Winwood Heights, the ghosts, wraiths, spectres, cacodemons, apparitions and other grotesqueries that haunt the grounds, hallways and lobbies; searching for Inchcock, to create ambiguities, abstrucities, perplexities, misfortunes and botherations, to scare, derail, confuse, baffle and worry me!

WHOOPSIEDANGLEPLOP

The mobile rang, t'was the Amazon-Morrison man calling. But I could not understand what he was saying; my lousy hearing and his Asian accent made sure of that much. In the end, I had to go down to let him in, with fingers crossed that the INR nurse would not arrive and be unable to get me.

He had kindly left the five bags of food outside the lift for me but was kind enough to put them in the elevator for me. Before he shot off. Git!
I struggled to get them out of the lift. I struggled to get them to the lobby door. I struggled to get them into the flats lobby. I struggled to get them in the flat hallway. I struggled to get them into the kitchen. I suppose you could say it was a struggle!
Now, I don't know if I've missed or the nurse had been or not! Because it took me that long fetching and carrying the goods! Thank you, Mr Amazon. Three items unavailable, two items wrong type, Thank you, Mr Morrison.
Now, I'm worried in case I have missed the Warfarin haematology nurse; oh, dearie me. In fact,
Grobblegrindingness! Blungletads! Grumbleclonknackers! Glumbleclops! Blurblecrups! and Grobbleknackercraps! t

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Now, I'm all depressed again. I bet the nurse rang while I was out fetching the Pickleglobknobbed, unhelpful, ignorant, crab-nosed, uncaring Amazon delivered foods! And doing Arthur Itis and Cartilage Cathy no good into the bargain! Still, such is life!

It's a Cruel World

...........................................................................................................

The man rang from the Local medical team. They are coming tomorrow to give me the second Astra bloody Seneca jab. twixt 0800 > 1700hrs. Still no signs of the Warfarin nurse. I now assume the gal came while I was trudging up and down 12-floors to get the Amazon-Morrison food up to the apartment but could not get into the block.

I hate it when things go wrong when they are out of my control! Grrr!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Whoopsiedangleplop!

The door chimes rang out while I was prepping the meal. At first, I thought it might be Josie returning the Sunday lunch plate and tray. I also considered the miracle that it might be the Warfarin INR test angel vampire nurse - But no, neither of them! It was a pressie-bag from Jenny! Some of the beautifully tasty Lemon wafer biscuits and a can of mild Chillie-Con-Carne!

Whoopsiedangleplop!

I rang Jenny to thank her for the nibbles. We had a chinwag, and I told the gal of my problems with the Amazon order. Then, Jen said to me of her difficulties with the useless unreliable new intercom... This is unbelievable but true...

Last week, she was downstairs in the main lobby, where the intercom is based. And needed to talk to Frank.

So she used the intercom and rang her flat number. The lady who answered the call said. There's no 'Frank' here?

Jenny tried once more, and Jen got the same lady again. She asked where the flat is, and she was told... Kingston Court! Which is three miles away!

Jenny rang the Repairs team, who said this is impossible. Jen told them to ring the lady at Kingston Court! What a mess! No end of tenants has had problems, not just me and Jenny!

More hassle for us to cope with!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Aha, The landline ringeth and flashed!

It was the DVT Warfaring vampire nurse. Telling me that she would be calling in the morning to take the blood sample. I asked if she had called earlier and could not get in with the amateurish, ineffectual, inferior, not-up-to-the job, crap, useless, dysfunctional, Cowboy-fitted intercom not working again... but she'd rang off. My money is now on Matron Julie having a bad day as well, and that's why she didn't come.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

So, I'll now get summat to eat, hope Josie doesn't call late to return the dinner things to wake me up, and I can get some sleep at long last!

 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I got the evening feast prepared

A simple meal, for a simple man.

Whoopsiedangleplop!

Got settled and was soon off in the land of nod... The door chimes rang out... It couldn't have been a nurse, far too late? Ad if it was, they would have walked straight in the unlocked door as usual.

I assume it was Josie trying to return the meal things and waking me up yet again!

I ignored the chimes but can't blame the gal for forgetting about my going to bed early - after all, when it comes to forgetting things, I'm at my peak, as well! I reckon we are both peaking, in the get-it-wrong, and 'What was I doing' stakes. Hehehe!

Well, that put an end to my nocturnal slumbering! and started of the Thought Storms, Humph!

Increase in Coronavirus cases!

Local lockdowns not ruled out as the new Indian coronavirus variant continues to spread in Nottinghamshire.

I got Josie's Sunday dinner served up!

Thoughts in Ode

We wrinklies, often have thinkies,

That we forget them, most of the time,

As we struggle to move our pinkies,

Can't open our can of gin & lime,

And ponder on life's absurdities,

Errant is the mind as usual, but not fine,

Our realities are not actualities,

Bed before nine, or we pine,

For we have lost our veracities,

Comprehension went, we're no longer adulterine,

Faith fails, and we turn into zombies,

Ranitidine, Brompheniramine and Cimetidine...

ensures for sex, we become abortees!

Then Doctors put us on Trifluoperazine,

Nae bother though; we take it with mulled wine!

Blotchy Legs again!

Take care, and keep safe folks!

Inchies Day: Saturday 15th May 2021: I'll have to stop doing this diary, much as I love doing it. Can't cope nowadays.

♥ TFZeress, being pursued? ♥

Friday 15th May 2021

Greek: Ī Ī±ĻĪ±ĻƒĪŗĪµĻ…Ī® 15 ĪœĪ±ĪĪæĻ… 2021

01:15hrs: The regular climbing out of the c1968 recliner and hobbling over to the overnight grey plastic wee-wee bucket was carried out, almost automatically! Hehe!

Partially aware of what I was doing, I limped to get the kettle on, took the morning medications, and made a brew of Glengettie tea.

Turned on the computer and had to visit the Porcelain Throne. Another variety of evacuation again; Trotsky Terence was making a comeback; thus, the giant meatball shaped product produced was stinky, messy and gooey! Oh, and light brown, with a sort of fur on the outsides. Things took a long while to clean up afterwards, Tsk! The feet were looking in good condition, though! Even the hard skin underneath was not so painful to walk on - I am a fool; of course, it would be less bother, I'd only just got up! Idiot!

Gobsmacking! I decided to get the Health Checks done, and the results were almost pleasing!

Only the body temperature was in the red, well pink (Hehe!) showing 37.7°c - 99.86°f. The blood pressure was the lowest it's been in months, nice, but unnatural for me?

I got on with updating yesterdays diary. Then make this template. Emailed the link for Thursdays... no, Fridays blog.

Made a brew of Thompsons Punjana, put the Canon camera on charging, took this snap of the morning view, and took the tea with me back to the computer.

Started on doing the Facebooking, had a wee-wee, washed, blogged, wee-wee'd and went on the Blogger comments.

I took a quickie shot of the computer with the Kodak as I left to visit the wet room due to my having detected a worrying, wet, warm sensation in the PP's (Protection Pants).

I had an investigatory look at the lower regions of my body. Below the bulging but wobbly folds of flesh from the stomach line area.

Oh, Dearie Me! Little Inchies fungal lesion was leaking a little. So, the Daktacort ointment had to be applied. I think I was lucky to catch it early; actually, it was only just beginning to bleed. Not that this makes it any less painful to apply. However, it's less messy; but we won't go into that.

Whoopsiednagleplop: Another wee-wee was carefully taken. I made a brew and returned to get the comments looked at, and something of new pain developed in the upper left chest area, sharp stabbing pains of repeated but of a short length. I'm assuming it is Anne Gyna, but it is so long since she's given me any bother; I'm not sure?

Back to the comments, one from Tim Price, and one from HRH Lisa, of the Billum of Ohio household. I replied to them and got some brekkers... well mug of tea and some biscuits.

Off to get the ablutions done.

Fantastical: The teeth cleaning was admittedly a little painful, but it's been worse. The nasal cleaning had a few spots of blood, but only a speck or two. The shaving, thanks to Nicodemus's neurotransmitters failings, must have had ten or more dropsies. Only two minuscular nicks. The showering had one good clout against the grab rail, four dropsies, a toe-stubbing, and oddly, I cut my finger on the scrubbing brush? Don't ask, it beats me, how!

Fantastical: The medicating went absolutely perfect! Oiling the ears, Cortizoning Little Incies fungal lesion, and Phorpaining the knees and lower back.

Not So Fantastic: Saccades eye drop-dropping: as usual more went on my cheek and stomach than got in the eyes! Which, is nothing new, I don't know why I mentioned this. It's the same every time. No wonder I keep running out of it so quickly. I should have enough for two days or so, and it can be bought generically from the chemist in Sherwood, on Monday.

Not So Fantastic: The drying off, had the floor cabinet half-cleared of contents as I wafted the towel around. Tsk, Fool? Picking the bottles and tubes up, I hit my knuckles on the edge of the floor cabinet when I lost balance, and as a parting gesture, I belted my right shoulder on the door frame! Argheee! I made up some small waste bags and got them into the box on the trolley.

Amazing: Sister Jane rang, just as I was about to click the send button on an email I was writing for her. We had a natter. I was told off for buying Halal sausages. Told how lucky I was to have had three cancers and was still here. Hehehe! Big Sister, you, see. Hehehe!

We had a natter and laugh anyway. We both agreed, (No, it can happen!) that the optimum result for the Cup Final, would be Leicester City 19 - Chelsea 0. But we both thought this might not happen.

I was updating this blog and, Liberty Global went down again!

So, I'm peed-off again!

Went onto CorelDrawing.

I can't continue with this diary, I'm afraid. It's taking too much time nowadays. But I shall try, after much thought, to post some graphics and photos now and then.

Cheers.
